Tasting Notes
The nose is subtle, there are subtle but savoury hints of crushed stock cube. That savouriness is also evident on the fine, smooth, resolved palate. A beautiful, smooth texture speaks of concentration, the flavour echoes long and there is a vestige of tannic grip.
