Tasting Notes
Very dark ruby with ochre reflections, opaque core, delicate bright rim. Fine nuances of cassis and eucalyptus, black berry, a touch of nougat, gentle hints of candied orange zest. On the palate juicy, good complexity, ripe plum and cherry, fresh acidity, nougat on the finish, and mineral. It is already easy to drink, and has certain ageing potential.
