Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.06.2007

Medium yellow-green. Rather restrained on the nose, hints of apples, delicately tobacco-like. Elegant on the palate, well-balanced, fresh apple again, delicate acidity structure, animating to drink, still relatively light-footed despite its power, versatile food companion.
