Tasting Notes
Herbal spice and liquorice on the nose, along with cherry, blueberry and smoke. On the palate there's a fine fruity core and smooth attack, backed by elegant acidity. The structure is lean and well balanced - unmistakably Pinot Noir. Elegant, with room to grow up further.
