Tasting from 05.09.2025: Romana Echensperger

A wine with lush fruit and the right touch of "French funk". Peach, Galia melon, kumquat and nectarine on the nose, subtly complemented by wild, spicy notes from the spontaneous fermentation. The palate is full-bodied with measured acidity. The soft texture is supported by fruit extract, subtle saltiness and fine tannins. Charming, individual and very accessible.
