Tasting Notes
The nose is ripe and exotic with aromas of honeydew melon, dried pineapple and citrus, and with aeration it is noticeably finer, more complex and toasty with notes of buttered toast and a touch of honey. Supple and full-bodied on the palate, but equally supported by a superbly ripe acidity. It is in a beautiful maturation phase, but can still develop for a few more years.
