Intense straw yellow with fine light golden reflections. On the nose, mint, grapefruit, cold smoke, then some quince and roasted hazelnut, precious wood. On the palate with a yellow fruit core, coated in an airy mousse, fine nougat, minimal after-drying in the finish.
