Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Powerful ruby with a slight garnet rim. Opens on the nose with notes of tar and cedar, sour cherry and red beet, earthy-animal notes. Full drive on the palate, pronounced spicy notes, lots of liquorice, grippy, dense tannins that are slightly bitter on the end.
