Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Slightly burnt tones on the nose, then lots of varnish and peppery-spicy nuances, clearly animalistic. Grippy on the palate with loosely knit tannins, drying and animalistic on the finish.
