The red wine Kedungu, vintage 2014 from the winery Intellego Wines has been rated in 2016 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre from the region Swartland in South Africa.
Tasting Notes
Medium carmine garnet, delicate ochre reflections, broad watery rim. Intense floral nuances, candied violets, some hibiscus, red berry nuances. Light-footed and fresh on the palate, pleasant acidity, red cherries and sour cherries, delicate raspberry jam and citrus zest on the finish, mineral and easy to drink.
