The red wine Land Merlot Veneto IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Iomazzucato has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark ruby purple colour. Initially slightly smoky on the nose, undergrowth, ripe berries, then incense and burnt sage again, subtle cherry. On the palate, with vegetal fruit and slightly green tannins, it shows certain juiciness, but is unfortunately very drying.
