Concentrated and dense aroma, blackberries, cassis, sour cherry, pepper, bacon, smoked meat, ethereal notes, flint. Lots of juice on the palate, clear, repetitive fruit with a salty mineral background, fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity, depth and elegance.
