Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 22.04.2020: Ulrich Sautter

This has aromas of pear, banana peel, a nutty note, and smoke on the nose. It is powerful and spicy on the palate, compact and dense, and also expressive, it is not a superficial flatterer. There are flavours of pear on the palate, with a ripe acidity, a mineral note, good substance and length. It can still improve.
