Sweet cherry with the first patina of ripeness from the oak barrels, accompanied by spice: dried lemon peel, mace, Ricola herbal sugar. Classic structure with juicy fruit, lively yet fine acidity, mineral tones and great elegance: melted in the tannin, but not smooth, almost an old-fashioned Rioja style. An unobtrusive accompaniment to food.
