Tasting from 21.03.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Needs air. Notes of dark forest berries, black cherry, plus a concise peppery spiciness, with air also lighter berries and violets. Complex and clear. Very elegant and balanced on the palate. Noticeable but very fine tannin, ripe acidity, again concise peppery notes. Lingers for a very long time.
