Tasting from 30.05.2013

Deep dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Fine red forest berry confit on the nose, pleasant cloves, floral touch, hint of strawberry confit. Juicy, again savoury nuances, ripe cherries, pleasant extracted sweetness, lemony nuances, mineral, good persistence, fine nougat in the aftertaste, a powerful food companion.
