The red wine St. Magdalener Classico Südtirol DOC, vintage 2024 from the winery Kandlerhof has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Schiava, Lagrein from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, light ruby red colour. Very fragrant on the nose, with savoury and fruity aromas of raspberries and strawberries, harmoniously accompanied by violets and some mint. Very precise on the palate with well-integrated tannins, very juicy and with a beautiful texture and great length.
