Sparkling, dense ruby violet. Very intense, penetrating nose of ripe dark berries, especially blackberry and elderberry, with fine cocoa notes in the background. Supple and interwoven in the attack and on the palate, shows a lot of present fruit, dark berries, then opens up with dense tannins, rich melting, long finish.
