Sparkling golden yellow with green hues. Intense and fragrant on the nose, revealing notes of grapefruit and bergamot, followed by dried peach, with subtle herbal undertones. Intense on the palate from the first sip through the finish, it displays a beautiful interplay between sweet, concentrated fruit and acidity, dancing lightly across the palate.
