Light golden yellow. Subtle aromas of oak, roasted hazelnut, candied pineapple, banana and cooked apple. The palate is powerful, but also has plenty of extract and mineral depth. Acidity and fruit seem to have concentrated in the berries, the penetrating density is only topped by the vibrant minerality. The alcohol is vivid but well integrated.
