Tasting from 07.12.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A fragrant, varietal nose, gooseberry, elderflower, green pepper, freshly cut grass, subtle notes of boxwood. Juicy fruit on the palate, a well-integrated acidity, with a creamy base, a subtle sweetness, finely spiced, medium-bodied, well-balanced. A lovely food wine, good with light dishes such as seafood and summer salads.
