Light golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow apple, subtle linden blossom, hints of candied tangerine zest, and some blossom honey. The palate has medium complexity, with fine acidity, subtle ripe pear fruit and citrus-minerality on the long finish. A textured, well-developed food fine.
