The sekt »Sans Souci« brut, vintage 2022 from the winery Königlicher Weinberg has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Blanc from the region Brandenburg in Germany.
Finely spiced, with notes of fruit on the nose, yellow gooseberry, peach, apple, subtle white pepper, baked apple, caraway seeds. Savoury on the palate with citrus fruit and stone fruit, a lively mousse and a fresh acidity, nutty hints on the finish, wonderful on its own or with food.
