Tasting from 09.09.2011

Pale yellow, delicate golden reflections. Ripe yellow apple, delicate hay flowers, nuances of fresh lemon peel. Fresh and crisp, good minerality, lemony touch, a youthful food companion, white tropical fruit on the finish, a very appetizing wine.
