Bright medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fresh peach fruit, some papaya, hints of orange zest and blossom, attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant and complex, fine yellow tropical fruit, finesse-rich acid structure, mineral, delicately salty, retains a good grip, has certain ageing potential.
