Bright ruby red with subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, peanut, ripe raspberries and cherries with minimal hints of molasses and walnut. On the palate, juicy with good acidity, compact fruit, then slightly loosely knit vegetal tannin on the finish. Still needs time.
