Pale yellow-green, with a silver sheen. Fresh herbs, yellow pome fruit nuances, a hint of quince and grapefruit zest. Complex, ripe white fruit, peach, an elegant acidity, a hint of caramel on the finish, good length, fresh, good ageing potential, a hint of blossom honey in the aftertaste.
