Bright, brightening straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Delicate aromas of fresh lemons, some wet stone, sea salt and subtle hints of herbs and white flowers on the nose. Juicy, balanced on the palate, with beautiful fruit and well-balanced acidity with a lovely length.
