Beautiful in colour and aroma, with notes of camomile, nuances of red fruit tea, good on its own in a bubbly version, slightly citrusy, with notes of blood orange and wild strawberries. There is also a hint of tannins. It reminds us of a tea drunk at the side of the piste in winter, and that is precisely where we recommend it as a morning aperitif, thirst-quenching for a first break - and for a safe descent!
