Bright silver-grey with green reflections and numerous bubbles. Herbal and savoury on the nose, also reminiscent of rubber and fresh grapefruit. Shows grapefruit again on the palate. Emphatically juicy and with a certain drinking flow, it has a fine-grained mousse and is delicately bitter on the finish.
