Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Inviting aroma of rose petals and some chamomile, ripe strawberries, opens slightly on salted caramel. Juicy on the palate with a clear fruit core, tightens pleasantly, constantly accompanied by salted caramel, lively acidity, in the finish a delicately bitter touch of roasted coffee.
