Pale silver-grey, sparkling. Delicately scents of pear and lavender, with a hint of lychee, peach and elderflower on the finish. Beautifully juicy in the mouth, with a fine texture and dancing tannins, lively and uncomplicated but not boring, great fun to drink, a rarity!
