Rich, bright ruby red. Ripe cranberry, strawberry confit and rich peppery savouriness on the nose. Mushroom and lacquer on the finish, needs plenty of time in the glass. Lots of ripe fruit on the palate. Has a certain freshness, overlaid with somewhat broad-meshed tannins on the finish.
