Tasting Notes
Light golden in colour. Scents of apples, large wooden barrel nuances and iodine tones. Rich and slightly viscous on the palate, plus a fine but also firm thread of acidity, intensely mineral on the palate, dense, delicate phenolics, beautiful fullness. Impressively homogeneous in structure and subtly spicy on the finish.
