Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.04.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

On the nose a discreet bouquet with a hint of reduction. Notes of ripe pineapple, mango, and citrus with hints of caramel as well as floral-spicy and nutty nuances. The palate is fresh and juicy, with beautiful, elegant citrus aromas and ripe acidity that carries through to the long textural finish.
