The red wine Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Le Bèrne has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, bright ruby red. Forest berries and raspberries on the nose, with a slight undergrowth note and dried tomatoes on the finish. Balanced and juicy on the palate, spans a beautiful arc, fruity middle section, salty and powerful on the finish.
