Bright silver grey with straw-yellow reflections and a fine mousse. Fresh quince and great pear nuances on the nose, with a slight hint of sea salt and freshly squeezed lemon. Great fruity sweetness and tension on the palate, spreads out with a gentle creaminess, great mousse, with a slightly drying finish.
