Tasting from 16.04.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense ruby with garnet reflections. On the nose slightly volatile, with aeration sour cherry and violets. Beautiful mouthfeel with delicate sweetness and light texture, in the second part grippy, punchy, lightly drying.
