Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 28.04.2017: Sautter, Ulrich

Light color. Aroma typical of Sangiovese, more earthy than fruity, ethereal-herbal-spicy, sweet almond. Juicy on the palate, typical of the vintage, light-bodied in extract, wide-meshed and grainy. Somewhat restrained in the fruit, but with a tendency towards elegance.
