Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Black cherry confit and cherry liqueur, dark chocolate. Powerful palate, dense, mellow, grainy tannins on a soft, almost viscous base. Mild acidity, but the tannins carry the structure. Good food companion.
