The prosecco Fagher Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the winery Le Colture has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brightest silver with a persistent mousse. On the nose it's delicate and shy, with a sprinkling of salt. The palate is tight and very crisp, with a skillful play between fruit and acidity. The finish is very dry and majors on lemon, with lovely delicate bubbles.
