Shimmering straw yellow with silver reflections, fine perlage. Yellow apple, chamomile and a hint of almond on the nose. More citrus freshness on the palate, gripping acidity, salty finish.

Bright silver-grey with a persistent mousse. Delicate on the nose, medium expression, some white flowers, great fruity sweetness on the palate, savoury, with beautiful length, finishes on elegant yellow-fruity notes.
