Tasting from 28.10.2020: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Brilliant silver grey. Ripe white fruit, pear and peach on the nose. Ripe fruit on the palate, juicy, slightly lactic, reminiscent of pear yoghurt, very sweet for a brut on the finish.
