Delicately shimmering straw yellow with a green accent. Bouquet of freshly cut limes, bergamot, followed by juicy yellow apple and sage leaves. Crisp on the palate, with fresh acidity that extends to the back of the palate and a clear grapefruit note, with a narrow finish.
