Bright, light silver. Very open nose, notes of ripe apple and banana, somewhat one-dimensional. On the palate sweet fruit then a hint of bitterness on the finish.

Very bright white gold with persistent mousse. Fresh and salty nose of white flowers. Very explosive on the palate, superficial mousse, seems sharp and crisp, drags across the palate with accentuated acidity, finishes appealingly.
