Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright lemon yellow with a green shimmer. Intense aroma of candied pineapple, orange blossom, ripe vineyard peach, a hint of fumé. A lively attack on the palate, carried by fresh acidity, pleasantly creamy, nuances of delicate toast and toffee, shows good drive at the end, lingers for a long time.
