Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Clear straw yellow with green reflections. Pronounced bouquet of freshly cut grass, then yellow fruit, orange, tea leaves, a hint of nutmeg. Spreads a juicy dress, comes with good drive and medium body, plays with sweet savouriness, multi-layered and salty on the finish.
