Tasting Notes
Clear ruby with a fine garnet rim. Very fragrant and appealing nose, initially of earthy components, some beet, then raspberry and plum. Grippy tannin determines the attack and finish, appears somewhat coarse-meshed, red berry fruit, slightly drying on the finish.
