Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections. Very concentrated dark fruit on the nose, with hints of powdered plum, elderberry, sweet spices. Equally complex and juicy on the palate, dark chocolate echoes, underpinned with present tannins, will benefit from further bottle ageing, some bitter chocolate in the finish.
