Strong crimson, purple reflections, broader ochre lightening on the rim. Delicate herbal savouriness, red forest berry fruit, cherries, candied orange zest, some fine oak. Deep, red berry, mineral-salty underpinnings, ripe, integrated tannins, sour cherries on the finish. A taut style, good ageing potential, uncomplicated style.
